Marks claimed by the Applicant include:
- OG RAGE GUY™ (also rendered as OGRAGEGUY™) — word mark used in connection with the heritage platform, cultural commentary, commemorative goods, and digital collectibles
- RAGEMAKER™ — word mark used in connection with the comic-creation tool at ragemaker.net. Acquired directly by the Applicant from the original creator, DanAwesome, who launched the platform in 2011
- $RAGE — word mark used in commerce as the ticker symbol for a Solana-network cryptocurrency token within the broader brand ecosystem; operational and trading features are provided via the associated property rageguysol.com

OG Rage Guy is a heritage and cultural-commentary brand and is not officially affiliated with 4chan, Reddit, the r/fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu subreddit, or any individual creator of the historical rage face characters referenced herein, except where ownership is explicitly stated.
The RageMaker.net comic-creation platform was acquired by the Applicant directly from its original creator, DanAwesome, who launched it in 2011. RageMaker continues to operate under Applicant ownership; the tribute to DanAwesome on the heritage site at ogrageguy.com honors that founding contribution.
Trollface specifically is the creation of Carlos Ramirez (Whynne), originally published on DeviantArt in 2008. The character is referenced on this site under fair use as a key historical figure in rage comic culture; no commercial claim is made on the Trollface character itself by the Applicant.
References to the $RAGE token (Solana network, contract address G3FoXHoQDuGkEG8ZqQd7riC9uB1N51bg7JuxJEPNpump) on this site (ogrageguy.com) are informational. This site does not directly solicit purchases of $RAGE or facilitate token transactions — those operational and trading features are provided on the associated property at rageguysol.com.
